This 52 year old trans-woman was living as a woman for several years before coming to see Dr. DuPere. She was interested in the breast augmenation procedure, having a smaller, more feminine nose as well as a smaller chin to compliment her facial features. Dr. DuPere suggested fat grafting along her jawline, cheeks and lips to soften and create a more feminine look.This procedure was completed under general anesthesia.
Our patient was so happy with her results she was both excited and proud to show her transformation for all trangendered persons to see.
