This young patient came to Dr. DuPéré seeking treatment for pectus excavatum. His goal was simple: to feel more confident about the appearance of his chest and more comfortable enjoying the summer without a T-shirt.
To address his individual anatomy, Dr. DuPéré designed a custom-made chest implant specifically for him, with the goal of creating a natural-looking improvement that remained proportionate to his body.
These photos were taken just three months after surgery, so the result is still relatively early. The scar will continue to mature and become less noticeable over time.
