This patient came to Dr. DuPere with the desire for a feminine chest. She was in the process of transitioning into the female she always felt she was. She also suffered from anxiety and depression and felt that these symptoms may stem partially from this transitionary period. Dr. DuPere and the patient discussed possible sizes of implants and the patient decided to go with smaller more conservative implants that would give her just the right amount of a feminine feel. Just one month after post-op and the patient is very pleased with her results.
