This is mature professional who is a regular runner, is fairly tall with low body weight. She had 3 pregnancies and was wearing a padded bra to achieve a 34 B cup. This patient wanted to have fuller, but still natural looking breasts to give her a more voluptuous look to her body. Research on the internet brought her to Top Toronto Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Marc DuPéré.
During her consultation, Dr. Marc DuPéré and the patient discussed bra cup size, cohesive gel breast implants versus saline breast implants, the recovery time from breast implant and the risks involved with breast implants. Dr. DuPéré suggested that 325 – 350 cc cohesive gel implants would give her the desired look. The patient wanted her husband’s input, so she made an appointment for a re-discussion where he could attend 2 weeks later.
