Sclerotherapy eradicates these veins, improving your appearance and increasing your comfort level.
We inject a sclerosing solution into your spider veins with a tiny needle. The solution causes the vein to turn white (blanch) and then gradually disappear. A typical vein removal session at our Toronto facility lasts between 30 minutes and an hour.
The first treatment usually does not achieve complete correction of spider veins. In most cases, only about 50 to 70 percent of the treated vessels will be permanently gone. Optimal results generally require 3 to 4 treatments.
