Thigh Lift

As men and women age, the inner thigh skin tends to quickly lose its elasticity. This may be combined with accumulation of fat and the associated rubbing of each thigh against each other. Liposuction alone is rarely the only solution as it may create worse skin laxity. So it is best when the liposuction is combined with the removal of the excess of skin (lift) through an incision in the groin area.

Inner Thigh Lift And Liposuction

Patients may complain of excessive fat between the upper inner thighs with constant rubbing. Liposuction alone might be sufficient in younger patients when the skin is more elastic. However, with time, the skin becomes less elastic and more commonly, liposuction is combined with a lifting procedure. The scar in the groin region, when healed, is difficult to see (here after 6 months post-treatment).
