The Ontario Physique Association of Ontario held its provincial championships June 18, 2011 at the Convention Center in downtown Toronto. 

First place winner of the Bikini Fitness Medium Tall is Natalie Palmer from Richmond Hill, Ontario. Natalie is the daughter of Joyce Palmer, owner of Age-less Plastic Surgery and Laser Clinic. 

From a child, Natalie has been drawn toward all sports and as an adult at York she studied health and society. Her career goals are to integrate fitness and healthy eating into the lives of people who are interested in looking and feeling their best. 

She is hoping to eventually work together with her mom and Dr. Marc DuPéré, Board Certified Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon, helping men and women to reclaim their bodies. 

Natalie now goes on to the national championship which is being held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on July 20, 2011.
